With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Dawna is an inspiration to anyone who is genuinely ready to create positive change in their world. Dawna uses an empowering approach to fitness training to help people build physical strength, find their inner strength, and discover new ways to grow and challenge themselves. Through her popular workout group for women over 40, she focuses on all aspects of health including: strength, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, behavior change, and personal growth.
Dawna loves working with anyone who is new to exercise. She also worked for several years in a Physical Therapy clinic using her functional mobility background to help people return to activity after injury. She would love to meet with you to talk about the best way to begin your personal health and fitness journey.
