1. Gather information

What are your goals, dreams and vision? As big as you can dream it. What worked for you in the past and more importantly what didn’t? We will review your health history including your activities past and present, injuries, aches and pains, surgeries, etc. What are you assets (walking buddy?) and barriers (busy job!) to building wellness… anything else? We have a lot to cover.

2. Set goals and timeframe

Now we prioritize: what needs to happen this week, this month, this year? How much time do you have in your week to devote to it: none, unlimited, or somewhere in between? More importantly how much time do you realistically have? The plan is taking shape.

3. Create your fitness and wellness plan

Now we create a plan to fit your goals, needs, schedule, and vision. We’ll check in frequently. Your plan isn’t static, it will grow and change as you do. This is one way you build tools and resilience, and keep making progress. As Charles Darwin said: “It’s not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
